Section 174 Webinar for Business Leaders

Is your business taking advantage of the R&D tax credit?

If so, you may need to rethink your tax strategy.

Section 174 seems to be on every business and CPA's tax radar. Why? Because expenses that, in the past, were being filed as Ordinary Business Expenses (form 2106) are now required to be Section 174 expenses and amortized over five years (per the latest guidelines as outlined in Rev-Proc 2023-11).

In this webinar, you'll learn:

  • Overview of Section 174
  • Changes to Ordinary Business Expenses
  • Impact on your tax liability
  • Recommendations on R&D best practices for Tax Year 2022
  • Tax Strategies to help offset your Tax Liability moving forward
